**There will be 2 rounds of tryouts for all open & regional travel Teams. 1st in JULY & 2nd round in OCT./NOv.**
If you miss the 1st round you can still attend the 2nd round
**Elite Open Travel & Regional Travel**
Players must wear the following color t-shirt at tryouts for position:
Setters (pink t-shirt), hitters (white t-shirt), libero/ds (blue t-shirt) players open to any position (green t-shirt)

Which tryout time do I come to?
You MUST come to the tryout for your age group.
You may be asked to come back and tryout for a team of a higher age but for the first tryout we ask that you come to your age group so that we can compare you with players of the same age to see if you need to move up and also so that you can see the other players of your age trying out also.
The age you turn before July 1st of next year is what you are. For example, if you are 16 now but you turn 17 in June (ie. turning 17 before July 1st) then you qualify as a 17-year-old for USAV. 95% of the time your USAV age corresponds to your grade in school. Most 8th graders are 14U, freshman is 15U, sophomores are 16U, juniors are 17U, and seniors are 18U.
